We help schools, collages and social enterprises develop vocational learning opportunities.
Established in 2023 by Dave Victor and his daughter Amelie. Dave’s professional background is special education and supported employment. Amelie shares her experience as a young autistic woman.
Dave has been Head of 2 special schools, both for pupils with severe learning difficulties.
When considering how to meet the needs of young people whose emotional difficulties had a profound negative impact on all aspects of their lives, Dave undertook international research. In Australia, France, Finland, Sweden and across the US, Dave saw how work was used to provide a way forward.
Dave is a qualified and experienced supported employment job coach. He is a founding trustee of the Accessful Foundation which supports disabled entrepreneurs.
